• All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and may change without prior notice.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully verified.
• We accept several payment methods, including cash on delivery (COD)
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud.

• We ship throughout Thailand and worldwide
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping costs and delivery times are shown during checkout.
• Estimated international shipping rates are available on the shipping calculator

Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order · The customer covers shipping costs · Exchange for another item only — no cash refunds

• The item must be in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, free of odour and stains.
• Brand tags, price tags and the original packaging must all be intact.
• Always include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• The replacement item must be of equal or greater value, with the difference paid by the customer.
• One exchange per order.

Items that cannot be exchanged: special markdowns / clearance items (Final Sale) · underwear and socks — for hygiene reasons · custom-made items, personalised embroidery or made-to-measure orders · items damaged by the customer’s own use
